RETURN POLICY
My shop accepts order cancellations within 2 days of purchase
Buyer is responsible for making requests within this timeframe.
Return requests will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law provisions. Due to the personal nature of our products, no returns or exchanges can be accepted outside of these provisions. We want you to love your products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve your concerns.
If we are unable to reach a resolution, either a refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion based on the situation following the timely return of the products purchased. The shipping cost to return products will not be refunded. Agreed refunds will be processed promptly and payment will be made in the same method as the original payment. Refunds may take up to 7 days to be received. Replacements will be processed in line with our standard shipping and handling times. Return queries for products purchased from outside of Cretaceas online store or by another that is not a direct employee of Cretacea such as a reseller or stockist of Cretacea products must be directed at the store/reseller/stockist to whom you purchased the product off.

The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration of safety.

We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason and will notify you of this as soon as possible. Where payment has already been debited, the full amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.
