EARTH BASED HEALINGS
Everything within the natural world is alive. Our human experience in the modern world is often disconnected from these invisible life force threads. The old ways of our ancestors, and for many cultures currently, were, and ARE familiar with the deep connection and “living’ pulse that exists within nature. There is no separation. We are governed by the seasonal shifts, tidal movements, day and night cycles and morning birdsong.
I trained in Usui Reiki, a traditional Japanese energy modality many years ago and whilst this was a profound experience and supported me to understand energy, something felt like it was missing. As I deepened along the medicine path, my interest in Shamanism , Animism and nature connection grew. Having a background in working with plants, and my keen interest in the mythic, the doors to Earth Based practices and ritual opened.
Through this exploration and way of life, my practices and services, springs from my own ancestral traditions of Slavic customs, shamanism, animism, mindfulness and great eco care.
The Earth Based Healings I offer will often activate the senses of the body to better support the path to finding the space within to hear your own body wisdom. It is a tangible experience and one which is accessible to all.
Through the use of fresh herbs, olfactory connection and shamanic principles, it is my aim to hold space in a way where you become your own healer.
Often botanical cleansing smoke and flower essences are offered to assist in preparing the body, mind and Spirit for healing. These sessions are interactive, nurturing and created with deep care to ensure you are held in respect.

WATTLEBIRD WAY
1.5 hrs ~ $185
The Wattle Bird Way is and gentle and nurturing treatment to connect you to the stillness within. Before the healing journey commences, and botanical smoke cleansing or fresh herbal body sweeping is offered to energetically clear the emotional, physical and spiritual body.
An aromatherapy facial massage begins the treatment releasing any tension that may be held. As you soften into the warmth of the surroundings, healing energy flows through the body to the areas that need to be held. A beautiful and safe treatment of rest, relaxation and tranquility.

CURRAWONG SONG
2 hrs ~ $205
The Currawong Song is a nourishing and insightful journey of letting go and listening deeply to your body as all the senses are engaged. A specific botanical smoke cleansing or fresh herbs are brushed over the body to clear the energy pathways as you enter the gate of your healing treatment.
Flower Essences may be offered to assist you in finding the quiet space within. A herbal facial treatment combined with an Earth based healing, is the perfect potion to evoke a sense of clarity, peace and rejuvenation. At the end of your treatment enjoy a warm cup of tea as you come back to the world.

RAVENʼS LIGHT
2.5 hrs ~ $245
Deeply aligned with the natural world, The Raven's Light healing session explores how you can be best supported through the use of herbal body smoke, fresh aromatic herbs and through the beat of the medicine drum. During this insightful treatment, you will have the opportunity to receive a plant spirit reading using medicinal herbs and flower essences.
Specific herbs may be burned prior to your treatment to assist the body in gently releasing and to connect to the natural elements. The medicine drum may support the body to unlock stagnant energy held within, by raising the energetic vibration within the cells. The drum beat calls us home, to the beat of Mother Earth. To integrate the wonderful healing of this treatment, a herbal tea and de brief will be offered to conclude your session.

OWLʼS VISION
Distance Healing ~ 1.5 hrs ~ $150
From a heart centred space, explore the profound experience of distance healing sessions via Zoom. Through landscapes of the unseen, earth based energies can connect us.
In the comfort of your own home, we explore ways in which I may be able to support you through the use of plants and practices which bring you closer to your own body wisdom and personal medicine gifts.
After the session we have a de brief and a specific flower remedy may be offered to further integrate our time together (this will be sent out vi& express post).

LAVA OF LULANI
Hot stone massage & cacao ~ $165
In honour of Pele, the Hawaiian goddess of fire, lightning, wind, and volcanoes. This session includes a deeply nourishing Hahana Hot Stone massage using lomi lomi techniques to hold the body in space of rest. From the belly of the Volcano, Lava, formed the hot stones and Lulani meaning the HIghest Point of Heaven. ( and the original n&me of Cretacea Therapies of 25 years ).
After this 1 hour hot stone massage infused with fire governed botanical oil, slowly sip on Hawaiian grown Cacao, tended to by Cuatro Manos y Cinco Volcanes Farms based in Hawaii.
