HOLISTIC MASSAGE
All massage is relaxation only. Blending lomi lomi (traditional Hawaiin massage) techniques with intuitive touch. These holistic massages are carefully curated to offer you a space of deep rest and relaxation.
During your massage experience, I apply slow rhythmic strokes and will, at times pause and hold the body in areas where there may be tension or energy stored within the muscular fibres.
Working with your natural flow of breath and moving hands, these massages offer a holistic approach to holding the body, mind and spirit.

" May your hands be cleansed, that they create beautiful things.
May your feet be cleansed, that they might take you where you most need to be.
May your heart be cleansed, that you might hear its messages clearly.
May your throat be cleansed, that you might speak rightly when words "re needed.
May your eyes be cleansed, th"t you might see the signs and wonders of the world.
May this person and space be washed clean by the smoke of these fragrant plants.
And may that same smoke carry our prayers, spiralling, to the heavens. "
